The content on this website is general information about our services. It is not a binding offer, product certification, legal opinion or guarantee of price, availability, quality, delivery or regulatory approval.

Project agreements

Before work starts, the agreed scope should record deliverables, fees, payment responsibilities, supplier transparency, timing and each party's responsibilities. If these website terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls for that project.

Product and market responsibility

CYKI can coordinate supplier information, samples, inspections, testing and documents. The client, importer and other responsible economic operators must decide which laws and standards apply, review the evidence and approve the product for each destination market.

Supplier and third-party information

Factory quotations, lead times, test results and other third-party information may change or depend on information supplied by others. We take reasonable care when compiling it, but project decisions should be based on current written confirmations and the checks agreed for that project.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the CYKI name, website copy, layout and original graphics belong to CYKI Sourcing Solutions. You may view and print them for evaluating our services, but may not republish them as your own.
